Glynn Hancott has in excess of 30 years of supply chain management experience….

Glynn graduated with a General Business diploma from Seneca College and received his Canadian Professional Purchasing (C.P.P.) designation (now the SCMP), in 1999. He also received his Advanced Coaching Designation from the Canadian Hockey Association in 1998.

Prior to working in the Public Sector, Glynn spent 20+ years in private industry, mostly with pharmaceutical companies. In the private world of business Glynn attained the position of Materials Manager and was responsible for Distribution, Transportation & Logistics, Customer Service and Planning and Purchasing departments. Glynn’s role included a core part of the development for most businesses overall policy practices, budgets and strategic directions. His past business experience involved many ground breaking precedents with prepared him to teach this and the other seminars Glynn facilitates.

Glynn has traveled and done business all over the world and use those experiences to facilitate the Courses and Seminars to those individuals that are interested in constructive dialogue about the challenges to face Supply Chain Management today. Glynn’s teaching experience includes facilitating Principles of Buying, Principles of Quality, Principles of Transportation & Logistics and Principles of Inventory & Operations Control at Loyalist, Sheridan, Humber, Seneca, and Centennial Colleges. In addition, Glynn has also taught supply chain courses to students enrolled in the full time program at Seneca College.
